Delete your Sherpa account

Request deletion here, no app needed. Your account is removed 14 days after you ask.

Use the email from the Google or Apple account you sign in with. If you chose Hide My Email on Apple, it ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com.

How it works

  1. 1Enter the email you sign in to Sherpa with.
  2. 2We schedule deletion. Nothing is removed for 14 days.
  3. 3After 14 days your account and data are deleted for good. Changed your mind? Sign in to Sherpa before then and the request is cancelled.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in
  • Your check-ins
  • Your tasks and plans
  • Your posts
  • Everything else the app stores for you

What we can't delete

Google Play and App Store purchase records stay with the stores. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel it yourself in Google Play or your Apple subscriptions, before or after you request deletion.
